Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Pivox Technology Limited ( “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of our platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

Services

We provide digital infrastructure for lenders, including but not limited to tools for loan origination, credit decision automation, access to credit bureau data, bank statement analysis, and other financial data integrations via APIs and web interfaces.

 

Account Access

Access to our services may require the creation of an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all actions taken under their account. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

 

Wallet and Payments

Users are required to pre-fund a Wallet associated with their account. Fees for services—such as API calls, credit report access, or data processing—are automatically deducted from this Wallet. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the Wallet maintains a sufficient balance to prevent service disruptions.

 

Refund Policy

All payments made to fund the Wallet are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or duplicate transactions. Refund requests must be submitted to support@getjupita.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Data Privacy

We collect and process data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. All data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to our platform—including software, documentation, algorithms, designs, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Pivox Technology Limited. No right, title, or interest is transferred to users except as explicitly granted by license.

 

Limitations of Use

Users must not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the platform

  • Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform or any connected systems

 

Service Availability

We aim to ensure continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues without prior notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services within the preceding twelve (12) months.

 

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
